Does anyone know if I can fit an E60 545i MagnaFlow muffler on an E46 325i?

E46 MagnaFlow muffler description (from MagnaFlow website): 5 x 8 x 14in. Muffler, 4 x 9 x 14in. Resonator; 2.25/2.5in. Tubing; 3.5in. Polished Stainless Tip; DUAL REAR EXIT

Just look at where the headers attach thst will tell you right away its not going to fit
