The project car is my 2004 BMW 330Ci with the m54b30! I have a second m54b30 with a blown head gasket which is getting boosted. Since the car is a daily, I cant have it down for longer than 12 hours, so i am im gonna hook everything up on the engine on the side and when it comes time, drop the engine with the turbo on it. Everything I use is gonna be ebay, besides my waste gate. The only reason im not using a ebay wastegate is because they are sh** and i dont want a piston through my hood. Instead i will be picking up a used Tial waste gate to save my engine. This is the list for the build.

I am basing my build off of...
"Seems Legit Garage" aka "Pole Position" http://bit.ly/2LaEysM
Cwarel http://bit.ly/2uMlLsn

before everyone starts saying "Ooooo, whose gonna tune it, no body" and negativity. I already have a tuner at Seems Legit Garage. You can also follow my build on instagram @Broken_Beemer

Dont worry, I wont let the grand i spent on the iphone x go to waste:hi:! Im gonna keep the boost low at first, 7 or 8 psi probably around 300-350 hp range. Then later on, when i can afford a new fuel system and forged internals, a e85 conversion on 13 psi, making 500 hp. With my exhaust, i will get a custom down pipe since its a top mount setup. It will go from down pipe, aftermarket resonator, x pipe, magnaflow muffler.

My plan for the oil and coolant lines are... My oil feed line will come from the vanos line, rally house sells a double banjo fitting for a supercharger but will work the same. Oil drain will go down to the top of the oil pan. My coolant feed will be coming from the coolant drain block on the side of the plug, and coolant return will go to the bleeder screw on the upper radiator hose.

Update...
I ordered a 10 microcon filter with 6 an fittings
Walbro 450 fuel pump (genuine)
Fuel pressure regulator

My plan is to go one step at a time. First i will install the new pump using the stock hanger, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel filter and drive around for couple of days to make sure everything is good. Then i will install the HPX or Audi maf (Havent decided on which one yet) and tuned ecu, drive normally. Then install turbo kit with new fuel injectors.

Walbro 400 LPH was only 100, compared to DW400 was 250. This is a daily car and is on a budget. The walbro is more than i need. So i probably wont be pushing more than 10 psi on e85 within a year. My personal plan is to daily it for a year, then in spring of 2019, purchase a 335i.

Where did you find a cast iron top mount manifold? 150 bucks for a fuel pump is not at all budget lol. I bought a $30 320lph eBay fuel pump that I’ve been running in my turbo 323 for a year with no issues at 14psi boost.

Also, not exactly budget but just smart buying, especially if you’re going E85; check out snakeeaterperformance injectors. 1500cc for 25 bucks each.
