Compare:

**Note: This is definitely not an apples-to-apples comparison. We pushed the car harder running higher boost levels once the 6870 was put on. We're just showing a ball park of how both turbos size up against one another.

Good info here, but not apples to apples. Would love to see same fuel/boost. Thanks for posting:thumbup:

We have tested these turbos on the same car with same fuel etc while the car was never unstrapped from dyno. The 6870 makes about 100 more hp than a 6766 and the lag difference is 125 rpm FYI

What is the AR of these turbos? Divided or undivided housings? Just trying to account for all the other variables that may not have been displayed. No doubt the 68 is making good power. QSV on this car?

No QSV on here, we couldn't fit it. Both turbos has T4 undivided .81 A/R housings.

Thank you, that car is a beast. I remember you doing a QSV on one of these cars, what exhaust manifold was used to get the QSV to fit?
That was on an FSR manifold. I remember it being a really tricky thing and we didn't end up keeping it on there. We also had to modify the QSV quite a bit. We'll see if we can work something up in future builds. The QSV is really a huge help!

Any insight on where the clearance issue is/was? I assume it was the block? The nitrous can be used for spool and other things. Is it worth having a qsv with nitrous?
