Notice #1 injector leak so I replace all with Generic O-ring then #2 began to leak so this time I replace with OEm 12 bucks for 1 so it stop but after 4 days #4-5-6 leach on and off , could it be the fuel rail? The leak comes from the Upper O-ring replacement and the other genetic O-ring don’t leak also began to give me high idle it happens after O-ring replacement

You can just replace them one at a time but you're asking for trouble if you do. They all age and harden at the same rate so once one starts to leak then you are going to get leakage from the others by virtue of the fact that you have to disturb them all to replace one. Best plan is to replace all 12 in one go.

NO. Replace them ALL. There are 12 of them in a 6 cylinder engine with 6 injectors. 6 o-rings between the injector and the fuel rail that stop the fuel leaking out and 6 o-rings between the injectors and the inleft manifold to stop unmetered air from entering the air intake and messing up your fuel trims. The upper 6 o-rings are different to the lower 6 as well so make sure you get the right ones.

My 2000 323i 160K miles still running fine no leak with original 18 yrs old injector o-rings, after 2 heads replacement. dirty sealing surfaces is the main reason for leak, not just aged o-rings.

I used the Elring uppers last winter when I replaced a couple leaky injectors only to have them all leak again, even after I replaced all of them twice. I've got stacks of injectors I thought failed until I looked up the specs and found the Elring ones are ever so slightly smaller than OEM - 7.52x3.51 vs. 7.52x3.52 for OEM or Victor Reinz. Could the 0.01mm difference be the reason why they leaked in -20*? I dunno, but before winter hits this year I'll be replacing them all again with OEM ones and we'll find out.

Visually you could see them leak from between the injector and fuel rail on start up in cold weather. It wasn't enough to spray everywhere but you could watch the entire injector get wet from top to bottom along all 6 - even after replacing them with a set I knew didn't leak. That is why I ended up checking the specs earlier this year and why I want top try OEM ones this year.
