I've recently noticed that the internal door trim/liner on my 325ci is starting to come away due to perished glue i think. Does anyone know the most efficient way to solve this problem as i happen to be a bmw rookie!

Edit: Was thinking that was the plastic door trim on the door. Nvm.

Strangely enough av got a 51 plate, could this be a common fault with this model?

There are several DIYs regarding this common failure especially in Coupes. The glue used on these door gaskets are very poor quality. Here are some links to the various DIYs:

I have fixed my with the use of the first link and made sure to apply constant pressure after regluing by using painters tape and clamps overnight.
