Does your car roll with the parking brake engaged?

I don't think I noticed it before for some reason, but my car has the "bonus roll" that is common in most GM/Ford cars, when the car is in Park and the e-brake is engaged.

Am I just getting lucky or is this a common "feature?"

that's my problem. when my parking brake is engaged, my car rolls about 3-4 inches.
