i know it resets the software but i've got the dinan stg3 ecu and tranny software. if i perform this function,will it earse my mods??anyone knows?

hold trip reset while turing your car to the on position. select function 19 by pressing the trip reset till it gets there. once it says 19 off, start pressing the trip reset again. there's a page with all the functions codes on there.

i usually use function 7.x. 7.2 or 7.3 tells you your exact revs and the other tells you your exact speed digitally.

Answer is no. It only resets the instrument cluster. Not the DME or AGS control units.
