WTF? I got a letter from DMV saying that i need EMISSIONS RECALL in order for me to complete my registration.

How does this process work?
What should I do now?

I cant get the sticker without it.

You need to call your dealer. The emissiones work should be covered by BMW even if you're out of normal coverage.

The people that did your emission test did not tell you that your car fail. That is weird. Don't sweat it, the warranty for emission is like 100K miles. Call the dealership and go back to the same guy that did your smog test. It should be free for retest.

MAnufacture recall # is 02ea01, just gonna replace some parts. The dealer wont charge on it. After they change the part they're gonna issue you certificate that your car had been fixed, bring it to dmv when registering your car.
