I know the world likely doesn't need another torque guide but I have been keeping a doc on my iPhone that I use when I am restoring E46s. I have leaned heavily on these big efforts.
I added a bunch of more esoteric specs and organized it in a way I could understand more. I hope it is useful for you.

If anyone is curious about how I came to these values, here is an example of the route to the torque for the oil level sensor:

I start with the two guides listed in the post, then I try to validate, usually pulling from BMW TIS.

I could not find a TIS reference for the level sensor. Here is the section, but no mention of M54

So generic tightening torque for M6

I am not an expert, but I believe it is 8.8, so the question is what type of zinc coating.

The nut is the same part number as the VANOS mount nut 07129904553, AM6-8-ZNNIV SI

Torque for that nut onto the studs for the water pump to the block is 8Nm

So we land on 8Nm.

Does anyone have more insight?
