I know i am really late.. But what parts did you use to build the cable that connects the buttons to the steering wheel slipring?

When I bought the the multifunction faceplate for my conversion, it came with the cable that connects it to the steering wheel. I installed it but have yet to get my cruise control or buttons to work yet unfortunately and have not been able to trouble shoot it. I have a couple days this week off work to take another shot at getting it to work so I will let you know how it goes.

I bought two connectors (same) and the BMW kit to do the retrofit.
It’s working now.

What are the two connectors you mean? Also, is there a tutorial or anything you used? I really want to complete this project on my car but have been unsuccessful.
