I ordered a set of angel eyes (which included 4 rings and the wiring) from KHOALTY. After a few weeks, 3 LED lights from one ring stopped working. I emailed them about it, and they told me I had to pay for a replacement ring. Despite the fact that I just bought a whole set already not long ago, I still ordered the ring and paid for it right away. After a week with no information about where or when this ring was being shipped/delivered, I contacted them and find out that they JUST sent the ring after "testing" it for a whole week. I did not even get an invoice for my payment until days later and had no idea about this "testing".

After I received and installed the replacement, the color was noticeably different from the rest. Instead of white it was yellow. I emailed them again with pictures explaining the problem, and was sent another replacement. This replacement was not only STILL yellow and not white, THREE LED lights stopped working right away! I contacted them again and they sent me a third replacement. This time, in order to prevent the same problem, I asked for a ring from a set. But they just sent me another replacement, with the same yellow light. After the third one I contacted them to get a refund. It's been TWO weeks, and no reply.

I am a regular customer for their products, but I am HIGHLY disappointed with their customer service and quality.

we already sent you three of them, we asked you about sending another one out but you did not reply, email [email protected] please, bumping this thread is probably not the best way to get ahold of us, as you've seen from bumping this thread and not getting a response. thanks

Actually, I received NO email from you. If you truly emailed me without getting a response back, why didn't you try to contact me again? Bumping this thread got me the fastest response I have received from you.

think about it from our point of view, you started this thread to complain even though we've tried to help you out three separate times, i'm not sure what's going wrong here with your angel eyes, i'd like to know.. all i requested was that you email in, and instead of emailing you complained more about me replying to this thread instead of fixing your issue..

well, i searched three of our mailboxes (mine, khoas, sales) and didn't find anything from/to/containing 'Apple4life'.. we already sent three replacements, i dont mind sending another, but a complaining thread talking down about us putting plenty of time already into helping you probably is not the best way to get your issue taken care of, which is probably why khoa hasn't posted in this thread, since he's the one that's been trying to help you thus far and you're just telling us we are not good at what we do..

i mean, i can't even help you right now because i can't remember your email address to find your original emails, i know you sent me a PM at one point but i must have deleted it or it might be on khoas account because i can not find it on here.

I posted this thread under buyer/seller feedback. I'm really just stating the facts about what I experienced with you guys. I've sent you NUMEROUS emails about what the problems are. Yet you keep sending me the wrong color angel eye replacement.

Naturally, you will not find anything under "Apple4life", all of my business emails to you have been through my confidential and official email. Really, you don't need to take this so personally. I'm a customer that is not happy with the wrong products you keep sending me. I have done plenty of business with you guys before, so I expect much better than this.

Third email on April 6th with ATTN:DEAN in the title as you instructed in your PM.


As you can see I gave you many opportunities to respond. It's hard to believe that all of these emails could somehow get "lost". Now you must understand why I am upset.

The first ring being the wrong color could have been our mistake, but I know for 100% sure we tested the second pair specifically because it was your order and they were proper when we put packed them up.

If you want a refund I'd say send back all 7 rings and we will make sure that we really screwed up 3 different times, because contrary to the time you've invested into bashing us on this forum we don't make mistakes as often as you'd hope. When we get them back I will refund you less shipping (we will be fair, don't worry).

Otherwise if you can take a decent picture where we can see all the rings lit up enough where we can see 3 are one color 4 are another, or at least more than the same passenger side left and right ring that you've send us a handful of times, we would be able to work something out.

BTW, as I told you already, bashing us anywhere you can doesn't motivate us to help you.

FINALLY! You replied back to me after weeks!

Why do I have to ship back all 7 rings? By the way you do business, even if I do send in my original four, chances of getting them back are extremely slim. AND, you***8217;re making me pay for return shipping? WTF. Why do I have to pay for anything when this is obviously YOUR fault?

Take a replacement ring and compare with a ring from a set, you'll see what I***8217;m talking about. I***8217;ve already taken enough pictures for you. If it doesn***8217;t match one side, how can it match the rest? I don***8217;t mind taking another one. I'll post them on here so everyone can see that how you screwed up three times. We all make mistakes. But a reliable company does not do it THREE times.

Your lack of professionalism is AMAZING. You attack a PAYING customer by saying how I***8217;m ***8220;bashing***8221; you, when in reality, I***8217;m just stating the facts. Potential buyers NEED to know what kind of horrible service they***8217;re going to have to deal with. This is buyer/seller feedback, after all, ***8220;Khoalty***8221;. Even as a smaller company, you need to treat your customers with respect and act professionally. Avoiding me and attacking me is the worst way to not only keep business but also get new ones.

You even notice me commenting about this issue around the forums, yet you STILL don***8217;t respond to me? Let alone send me a PM? How messed up is that?

I***8217;m definitely not the only one has bad experiences with you. Fellow e46fanatics sent me pm***8217;s about their horrible experience with you guys. Here is an example:

"Yup...Khoaltys customer service sucks a big one. I will never deal with them again...I did finally get my parts, but after emailing them about 5-6 times with zero response. I wanted to call them, but they said that they took the # off the site so people cannot contact them to complain. What the **** is that about....they just lost one here. Good luck..."
Clearly you don***8217;t have any white ring replacements since you keep sending me the wrong color. So, give me a FULL refund (including shipping).

Hey man, I just read through your whole entire thread. I too have had problems with them(still am). My angel eye LEDs go out every few months. This is the second time im getting a replacement from them, I emailed them a MONTH ago about the replacement, they lied to me, said they shipped it first class, and still nothing. 15 days later, after I get hostile and email them, then they respond with a tracking number that doesn't even work. Never doing business with them ever again. Im going to just pay the extra and buy orion V2s because khoalty's angel eyes s.u.c.k. and their customer service is even worse. I wanted to post in your thread but the mods removed posting in it.

good luck with them, you and I both need em.
Btw, if anyone had a bad experience with Khoalty, please send me a pm. I'll post it on here so everyone can see.

WHERE ARE YOU WHEN WE NEED HELP KHOALTY?!

Hey man, read your thread about khoalty.... sorry to hear about what you had to go through. I bought their led kit a few months back; getting a response / help after taking my money is like pulling teeth. I ended up buying my ae from umnitza. (Great service, quick shipping; lifetime warranty! ) I will never buy anything from Khoalty again... mark my words!!! I'd rather spend a few extra bucks on another vendor than having to go through Khoalty again.
