Is it worth putting a Dinan CAI in my automatic 03 330ci???:dunno:

Sounds great, below 2-2.5k rpms its got a nice hiss to it, but as soon as you step on it...man it comes alive. Sounds alot better than stock. As for a noticable performace couldnt say how much just the intake adds because i got the cais,stage 3 engine, dinan tb and tranny software at the same time

hhhhmmmm if I were you I would get the CAI along with the tranny software and stage 3-throttle body to expect some performance gains

i plan on dremeling my tb out alittle more today figure i could polish and increase its size

I don't see why it should make any difference if it's a auto or manual, I'm pretty sure the effect is the same (7, 8 hp or something).

with an auto..
your torque converter will just rob the extra 3~4 horsepower away from then 7~8 hp gain..

but it sure sounds nice though
