Looked under and noticed one of the number etchings on the wrong side.

Those cracked rod caps have uneven height and surfaces at the sides, so if it was installed reverse and torqued down to spec then I think the rod is bad now -- rod and cap had been deformed.

It's a high rpm engine and if that cap broken, say goodbye to the engine.
