I was wondering if you guys know what sort of chemical might be able to safely remove the marks off of the leather? Goof Off? Thanks in advance...they ought to be more careful!...i tried Lexol but its too gentle to do anything...
i had a dealer do the same thing....heres what i did, and it didnt damage the leather.....use a very tiny bit of comet cleaner, and gently work it with a damp rag until the mark comes up....clean it off with another clean damp rag (get all the comet residue up) and then treat the surface with some leather conditioner......good as new!
I wouldn't use comet... too abrasive. A good citrus cleaner should take the ink out... just wet the rag and wipe.. Treat with conditioner. Another good trick is a Baby wipe. Cleans most stuff off gently
