As you all know the SoCal fires have been burning pretty strong.
Plus, we had an unusually high grouping of FedEx mishandled packages.

1) http://wildfire.cr.usgs.gov/ca_geomac/viewer.htm <- this is a good map, one we've been using to monitor the situation.

2) we have in the meantime been improving the packaging for the remaining shipments and expect to have that ready for just before SEMA.

3) we have a lot of spare parts that we ordered, so starting Monday, purchasers who have had the misfortune of receiving any damaged shipment will not have to wait for the FedEx claim to process - we will be sending out many replacements prior to claim completion - this is unusual by vendors.

4) We are sorry for the delay. Shouldn't happen again.

VERY IMPORTANT:

We just realized an additional issue that most people will not necessarily run into.

Due to the high current running into these, the leads must not be more than 16", but MOST IMPORTANTLY:

DO NOT TWIST THE LEADS FROM THE RINGS IT WILL LEAD TO FLICKER AND POTENTIALLY FAILURE
