so i got all the parts and tools ordered to do a full deep maintenance on the car and resolve some things that need attention, now to wait for everything to arrive...

just finished installing the dension blue tooth/iphone adapter for the business radio and damn its stupid easy to install. took about an hour taking my time. also have the mount that will work perfect for my rokform phone case (magnetic)

i recommend the unit!

removed the dual 12" sub box and put in a dual 10" sub box that fits perfect between the humps on the trunk floor. ran the bass knob from the upper cubby to the trunk. sounds GOOOOOOD

Thanks for the advice. Not sure where to put the jacks. Don't want to crush the frame rails. I figured why not replace the csb while I'm under there. I think im going to do a ccv delete and setup a catch can because I'm starting to get the puff of smoke only when I start the car which means oil in the intake due to a failed ccv. The car has 195k miles. I'm sure the ccv has failed. So I'm thinking a hose from the VC to a port on the can, then route the second port to the intake and route the drain plug on the bottom of the can to the oil dipstick and finally insulate the can for winter. Not sure if that design will work but, seems like it will.

there are jackpads under the body. two on each side just feel under there or look and you will see them

sybesmas sent back my mirror and it looks like new, even replaced the missing clown nose. tonight ill test it and see how it works!

soooo today....

oil pressure sensor replaced (used a 1" boxend)

moonroof gasket replaced (used a quarter)

attempted to do hubs and when i went to torque the ds nut i realized my wrench only went to 150#, so i tossed it all back together at 150# and ordered a 250# wrench and will torque to spec then do the other three hubs.

replaced spark plugs and the old ones were cheepo ac delco. they were in good shape but the ngk iridiums are much better and i can tell the engine is happier now.

blew the engine bay out with air to clean up stuff and parked it.

installed 3000k hid fogs, replaced both front hubs. installed cf wheel center caps. all roundels now cf! installed new black grills.

next are belts and oil change when jackpads arrive

oil/filter change

replaced steering coupler joint

replaced all orings on oil filter cap

new magnetic oil drain plug/washer

replaced ac belt

tried to replace main belt but found the tensioner is gnarly so ill order new pulleys then put new belt on.

installed new passenger side front wheel well cover

inspected underside and its in real good shape

drove it 100 miles one way to get a k&n drop in filter.

it coulda been for ice cream, it was worth it after wrenching all day yesterday

then went through car wash to remove bugs...
