Depends on what part of the country. As of 2 weeks ago, the best deal on west coast i found was $2500 off MSRP, east coase was $3500 off MSRP.

There was a M3 convertible which was sold for invoice. I saw the link thru Autospies.com. They were the ones who hooked me up for my prior car, a '03 X5 for more than $4200 below sticker.

Buy CPO.. you can get a 2004 w/ 3k miles 6yr/100k warranty 4yr/50k maint for around $52-54k. (SMG/19's/H/K/Sirius/Metallic paint) Normal sticker new is around $57+ for same specs.
