Yeah man, I get it. I'm glad it worked for you. It just wasn't working for me. I tried a lot of different things, screwdrivers included. But my time is valuable, and at some point you just realize that a $12 tool the takes care of the whole problem was the smarter move. Again, the smarter move for me, in that circumstance. I'm not declaring some universal truth here.I watched a video and they just used a screwdriver to tap the wedge up. No bleeding. No special tools.
