[MX722]

Hello everyone,
Today while driving around town I noticed my rear driver side window, while shut completely by the switch, was still open. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the below picture. Can anyone identify the parts I would need and possibly a DIY? I would imagine this has to be a somewhat common problem, but upon search I wasn't able to find much relating to my problem.
