Computer Reset??????

While driving home last night, a majority of the indicator lights flashed on and off as well as beeped. Most of the settings such as odometer, clock, radio setings all reset to nothing. The car did not quit and it seems to be OK. Has this happened to anyone? Any clues to what may have caused it? I'm driving a 2002 E46.

Did you get an intake for your car? And if you did didyou take out the air mass flow sensor. It 's in the intake. If you got this done to your car this is what is causing it. Your sensor might be damaged thats why it's doing that. You need to put back all the original parts back in and bring ti back to the dealer. So you can be covered under warranty. Tell them it just started happening out of no where. he he
