so, last night It was hot and I had the a/c going. I hit a series of bumps at a fairly high speed and lost all climate control. None of the buttons, including my rear window defroster will come on. Could this be a fuse or could I have done something alot worse? Where do I start? Thanks!

Start with fuse, then search here typing your symptoms into a thread title search...under 'advanced search'

If not fuse, next thing I'd check is the connections behind the control unit. Not too hard to get out I'm sure. I've been around there before, but don't recall the specifics. hth

Take out the hvac control and reconnect. It's a 10 min easy job
