My interior has the metal inlay pieces,on dashboard, doors and midconsole.
Sometimes when opening the doors in the rain, raindrops dry up on the metal inlay pieces and leave some nasty spots wich are sometimes hard to clean of.
Any experience with this, and what is the best product to clean it? I tried to clean it of whith a wet cloth, and drying it with a soft dry cloth, but often i still see some spots after cleaning.

Any suggestions

i just replaced it with the matt graphite trim... no more cleaning issues... it was tons cheaper, too.

Cleaning.... a glass cleaner (I love Clearvue) will typically do the trick..

If you have something a bit more hardcore to clean, try Simple Green- great all-purpose cleaner

(plus they have the new 'lemon scented"- lot better for interior fumes :D
