my cats are going out (f/r) and i figure since the car has 120k its worth it to put in some headers and exhaust. I can't seem to locate a site that has a 02sim i could order to make some headers work. o2sim.com isnt taking any orders at the moment.

does anyone have any solutions to keeping the cel light from going off and passing emissions while using after market headers [haven't decided what type yet (ebay? :eeps] and cat back exhaust (rogue or magnaflow?)

any help is greatly appreciated.

or if you have someone who can update ecu's, code the ecu to the euro programing which deletes the rear sensors.

See if Magnaflow has a header/cat for your 323i. There is a thread right nearby - http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=823471 - that has determined that the Magnaflow header/cat for the 330's flows similar to a aftermrket header w/cats. Worth checking out.

you could get lucky like me and not have to do anything! I've got headers w/o cats and so far for about 3/4000 miles my light hasn't come on
