yes they have carbon fiber intakes for sale i blive this week, the guy told me, i called about 15 places all over the country to try and find this and finally did. it came to 357.00 + tax and shipping of course, i asked the guy again just to make sure it was not the aluminum one like they have on the web site.
some dealers actually have this in stock.

Good job on finding one! I'm glad you persistence paid off.

$375 for the Dinan CF almost sounds like they made a mistake when they quoted you and gave you the aluminum pricing ($399 MSRP).
