Hello all, this is officially my first post on the board, although I have been lurking here a few months. My question is a simple one, but very relevant. I'm looking to purchase my first Bimmer this winter, and was wondering if you could share your best car buying tips.

I would research what you want very well between BMWUSA.com and Edmunds.com. Get your TMV(True Market Value) from Edmunds.com and try to get your sale price under that; although TMV is not a bad deal either.

Yeah, I don't live in a huge city - we don't even have a dealer here - but I found one used one here and talked him down below trade-in, but ultimately it wasn't the right color for me and was a sedan.
