this is unforutante but my car got impounded the other day i get it back and my fire wall is split in half. strut bar completely broke off the mounts, bumper scraped to shame, fender has a gap of 2 inches n hood pinched towards the fender

How the firewall split in half? That would seem pretty serious and unrepairable. And the tow truck driver doesn't seem too sharp to be towing BMW's.
