I wanted to know why I can install my clear corners. I mean they will fit in but it doesn't stay fit. Like the amber corner has the slot for the screw so when you screw it in, it is attached. But the clears don't have that and it won't stay attached. Please help. Pictures are below.

Looks like you got the wrong corners for your car.

I don't know which year but newer e46's have the screw to hold the corner on, but older e46s stay snug with only a clip (no screw).

The clear you have pictured is for the older style e46.

Maybe you could cut the tab end on the clear and put a hole in it to make it like the amber you have.

Car pictured is 2002 325ci

Can't cut hole becaues the hole on the amber is I believe higher up then the one on the clear. so it won't work. Please help.

Like BigWorm said it seem they sent you the wrong clear corners for your car. Return it back where you bought it and ask for replacement. Tell them about the missing slot on the clear.

you got the wrong corners, you need the screw type not the sloted type.

i have the same clears for my 01 and it has no slots to put screws in. it bugs cause its always sliding out a little bit

I ordered "82 19 0 006 736""Clear Corner Set & Clear Side Marker Set". Is that the wrong part number? If so, whats the part number for the screw type?
