You'll want to check the length with the new wheels... compare it with the stock wheels and if there's less thread to mount the wheel, then you'll want to get longer bolts.

Also make sure your new wheels have cone seats as opposed to ball seats. If not then you will have to get new bolts

Wheel locks... I have a set from Bav-Auto which are nice, all stainless. Most people go with the standard... Mac Gaurd or Gorilla locks. I have had MGs strip out on me in the past and so have many others, so I stay away from them.

I just ordered a set of RAD locks because i needed the longer bolts for my rear wheels and they are one of the few I have been able to find that make them.
Don't really know anything about them though.
I'll update when i get them on monday

Just got my RAD locks today -45mm. they look to be of high quality, made in Germany and have nice coded locking keys that utilize a spline type design. Not too easy to manipulate IMO.
