I have a 325ci convertible with heated sport seats. I want to swap in red heated non-sport seats from another convertible into my car. Will I be able to directly swap them in and have everything working like heated seat function?

pretty sure the looms are the same, so yeah. You might have mirror issues if yours are with memory

should be no problem, I swapped in a non sport sedan seat drivers side in my coupe till I fix very parished original, connectors are the same.

I am almost 100% certain that a non-heated seat isn't going to heat.

Gets tricky if you put auto electric seats into manual seat car, Had to run a B+ an ground wires to the loom, connector was the same

Why sport to non-sport. I find the sport seats offer far more comfortable and supportive seating feel.

standard seat swap in my coupe is a bits easier getting in an out for us seniors but less support on hard corners

Yes. Straight swap. Unless the seats you're installing are electric adjustment and the seats you're taking out were manual, then you'd need to run wires to the connectors.

But be aware the non-sports seats are unsupportive and uncomfortable. Everyone does this swap the other way round: standard seats out and sports seats in.

I'm currently working on somewhat of the similar project.
So the seat your installing is heated, and the car recieving the seats already has heating wiring...if this is so, then it's a GO!

OP is swapping in the standard seats because of the red color.
