I wan't my wife to take it too, so I am not thrilled about spending $6000 on the M Performance school (which would be ideal).

Also, I am in the midwest (Omaha).

Any recommendations?

How about a driving school with a BMWCCA chapter? They usually run $150 to $200 per day.

BMWCCA - http://www.bmwcca.org/
Missouri Valley Chapter BMWCCA - http://www.bmwccamvc.org/

The Missouri Valley chapter website does not seem to have up to date calendar info but I'm sure e-mailing them will get you driving school info. Also, look up nearby BMWCCA chapters. Most chapters allow BMWCCA members who are not local chapter members to participate in schools. If not, adding another chapter to your BMWCCA membership is about $13 a year.

Yeah, I found that chapter and didn't follow up b/c the website was so out dated. I guess I'll shoot off some emails and see if I get any replies.

Thanks.
