I just called a shop to have my UUC V.2 springs installed and I was told that I would need a camber plate. For some reason I didn't think that would be required with a mild drop like the UUC springs. Plus I doubt that everyone on this board that loweres their car has a camber plate. So I was wondering if the camber plate is absolutely required.

That's crazy talk I had my springs installed and the BMW dealership then had the mechanic in charge of their racing program give me a custom camber all without camber plates.

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured it was crazy, then when he quoted me $500 to $700 for the springs installed and alignment, he lost some credibility.
