I was looking at the gray market car 11,000miles and a great price. Nice thing about the car it has all the euro parts you don't get with US. Folding Mirrors, 03 blk trim, no cup holders, 20more horse power...etc

All in all does anyone know if it's under Warranty?

don't know if link will work (sorry)

I think it'll be harder since the euro cars need euro software. I think the dealer needs some tools that they use for euro cars only.

My first concern would be whether its titled in the US. Second questions would be what the warrantee is in Europe vs. here... May not be same duration or coverage... Other then the obvious (mirrors, etc.) has it been "federalized" (MPH speedo)? If it's already titled and appears federalized, I would think it would be OK, but you will inevitably run into situations where the dealer is unaware of the differences between a Euro version and a US version and there will be some confusion... It'll be up to you to be able to point out and explain any differences... I have a gray market 1967 VW Beetle - used to get into arguements with parts guys at the VW dealership all the time because they were jerks and would ask for model and year and when I would try to explain that it was a Euro and they would tell me they were all the same... of course the part wouldn't fit and they'd blame me for telling them the wrong year, etc. Needless to say, a new BMW has alot more going on than 1967 VW! Buyer beware, but then again, sometimes thats the price of cool! (Love the mirrors!)
