Nvm, looks like the two different bumpers vary in length so cut to size.

Depends on the bumper. M-tech bumper has a gasket that runs all the way across the top edge of the bumper. Standard facelift bumper just has it under the grill. Not sure about the others. RealOEM could tell you more.

Yup, that. The link I provided is for both and you have to cut as much as you need.
