To each their own and all...but the M Tech II bumper cover on a pre-facelift coupe (your third photo) looks so much better.

+1 for the MTech, mine was under $200 on eBay and fitment is near perfect

 

I just put an OEM MTechII bumper on my E46 convertible. I wish I had seen the one you posted. Super cool IMO! If it fits well, I would have loved to have had that on my car.

 

The M4 bumper will mostly likely be all FRP and will need a professional body shop to fit properly, i mean try it if you want.

From the image it looks like an M3, those have different fenders than Non-M as they have wider fender flares, If you're trying to put this on a non-M i feel like it would look out of place, unless you make the rest of the car as aggressive as the front it may look okay, but that is just my opinion.

I would go for Mtech2.
