Great DIY! I'm about to start this project. I am planning to use some premium audio cable with a 12mm x 6mm thick cable body. Given the size of the jack that was routed and fished, I don't anticipate this will be a problem.

I did something similar but you could have saved some time and work on a few of your cable running steps that were unnecessary.

ZZen330, can you comment on which steps are not necessary? Thanks.

I'm really happy with the results of following this DIY. I used two RG-59/U cables and they fit along the same cable route. Thanks again, thatsonlyme.
