Are the Phosphyre Halos at bimmian the same ones "umnitza" and "jlevistreetwerks" selling? I just wanted to know what the difference is since it is cheaper there. Are they the same quality?

SHould be the same ones. Phosphyre Halos are from Wheelpower, I believe.

there has been a lot of customer satisfaction problems wiht bimmian..I suggest you buy from Jlevi or umnitza. Just my $.02
