anyone have a phone number for these guys? i hate companies that don't have phone numbers on their sites and still don't find time to respond to emails. i sent them an email yesterday morning and still haven't gotten a response...pathetic!
i'd give them a little more time than just 24 hours, but thats just me. i agree that phone conversations are a lot more helpful, but if they are too small to handle their customer service you can't really hate on them for that.
