Biggest tire on OEM 19 wheel M3 E46

Hello,

What is the biggest tire I can put on the OEM BMW 19' rim.
As you know they come with

225/40/19 front
255/35/19 rear

I am wanting to put SO3 on it

245/35/19 front
275/30/19 rear

Can anyone confirm if this setup will work with no problems (rubbing) even with people in the back seat.
