I need some help. I've been searching all evening and can't find anything on this (admittedly I'm probably not good at finding). Working on my '02 330i manual transmission. I've installed a new clutch/flywheel and transmission. I hooked up the backup light switch connector on the right side and attached the wire through the two little metal clips on the trans housing. I'm left to figure out where the bracket attaches. I figured it was one of the bell housing bolts attaching to the block. But with the amount of slack it seems it might attach to the lower bolt of the starter. Only thing is the bracket doesn't really seem to sit there based on its shape. Usually BMW has those little brackets shaped just so they fit nicely where they belong. See pic looking up the left side of the trans. Any help would be appreciated!
