Has anyone done this? I would like the safety plan, but the BMW Assist people cannot activate it over the phone. They said they need some form that I fax in, said it is "on the website," but I cannot find any such form. They also said I can go to the dealer, but I am trying to avoid that since: a. it's far away, and b. they might charge me something. Has anyone had experience in reactivating their Assist function, or where I can find said form to fax?
