I got some OEM Xenon's from him... the product is great... just as he said.
He was very quick to respond to e-mails and was super helpful with keeping my comfort level up when UPS was 3 days late in getting the tracking info on their system... but, the package arrived just as he said it would, with no problems... very well packed, too.
I would DEFINATELY trust this guy with any purchase... do not hesitate to do business with him!
