Seems a bit odd to me that you had to shave fender to fit a 225 while MBCO is running 245's with a roll and no issues. He also has H&R cups which are supposed to be lower than the Eibach pro kit, right?

Are the touring fenders more narrow?
That does seem strange, now that you mention it.

Well, I can only speak from my experience and without the fender work, I was rubbing like crazy. I often have a pretty big load: full roof box, full cargo area, me and 3 kids with stock camber specs all around. After the work on the rear fenders - zero rubbing, even fully compressed and performs wonderfully.

MBCO, Do you rub on the rear?

Only under very harsh bumps where it's almost fully compressed.

I also run -2.5 rear camber which helps keep it under the fender

When I ran -2.25 and -2.4 I rubbed smidge more even with rolled fenders. Camber is the key, just not excessive. 2.5 works for me.
