My car won't start today and after searching, I think the 20 amps fuse is blown inside the engine management fuse pack.

I can't figure how to open it and get access to the fuse. Can someone help me?

Push on the lock (top side of your picture) then pull up to release the lock on the bottom side of your picture. Be careful as the fuses can fall out after the block is removed.
