I started a thread in the lighting section recently and am happy with the ones that I ended up with for my M-Tech II bumper's 9006s. YMMV with the base bumper's lights, as it's all going to come down to how well the halogen reflectors work with the LED lamp.
it's not about the bulb , its about the proper reflector/projector and heat management . morimoto has complete fog light replacements. the only choice I would consider
Yep. Got Novsight HB4s. Good pattern and illumination. Worth doing research on the different kinds of LEDs, COBs, etc. Some awfully cheap crap out there. I watched a few YouTube videos before making a decision.
I've been using plug-n-play Hikari LED bulbs in my fog lights (HB4 / 9006) for the past 3 years. Bright, well-rated and built with active cooling (fans).
I'll be installing some new fog lights shortly (lenses are the original ones are badly pitted) and debating between continuing with the same bulbs or upgrading to something newer.
