I have no experience with them on e46's. Only miatas. They're cheap and loud. Fit and finish may not always be accurate. They're the racelands of the exhaust world.

They are cheap. usually see them on 'ricey' cars (note the quotations)

I already made a thread on this. I was going to try it then opted out. I sugest you do the same. But if you want to try it and enlighten us please do. Its only 300 bucks.
