So, looking to get in an e46. Initially I didn't care which year (2001 to 2005), but after extensive research I've pretty much narrowed it down to the 2004 or 2005 models. So that being said, Ive been trying to sell my 2004 Audi A4 (with 66,500miles) privately and use that $ for the E46. If I have no luck selling it privately, I will contemplate on trading it in. Im looking at two options here, a 2005 325i 5 manual with 80,000 miles for 12,000$ or a 2004 330ci automatic with 86,000 miles for 14,000$. Are any worth trading my Audi for? Or should I pass on both and keep searching? P.s, both cars seem to be well maintained. Any former B6 owners?

& the 2004 to 2005 are the revised models...? Face lifted & not prone to the subframe issue, correct??
