Does anybody know about Bosh 0 280 155 759? Was used on 1.8 turbo Volvo and was installed to some of ESS kits(m54b30).
Just know - 330cc at 3.0 bar

The Porsche 997tt injectors from Bosch made a massive price drop recently, we get them new for 40€ each in Germany. They are extended tip and work perfectly with M54 engines and manifolds.

Thanks for information, i havn`t checked, thought it expensive, but really - no.
Price almost same but production 2 times more!

That comes to about $265 USD. I just bought some from Latvia for $225 USD. They do not look like fakes and will most likely put them in tomorrow

For those that have these installed, do the factory injector retaining clips work fine?

Edit: installed them yesterday and confirm the factory clips work

Hey guys i have a set of Bosch 0280155831 injectors from a volvo 2.5t, wondering if anyone has ever used these or would i just be better off using something more common?

So, I have questionable injector data for the following, being used in a friends supercharged 328.
If someone can correct and fill in this info, that would be great. Otherwise, others can use this info as a starting point, as this info does have the vehicle running decently.

Claim to be 36lb/37lb injectors.

Manufacturer: Delphi (?)
Model No.: D3165BA
Donor Vehicle: Unknown
Flow And Pressure: 37.27 lb/hr(391cc) @ 43.5PSI (?)
Remarks: direct fit
Minimum Injection Time: .400ms (?)
Deadtimes:
0V - 3.65
6V - 3.65
8V - 1.84
10V - 1.16
12V - 0.71
14V - 0.42
16V - 0.32
25V - 0.06

Compared to a stock 328, when it comes to deadtimes, only 10V, 12V, 14v, and 16V differ, and not by much, rest is same as stock.

Deadtimes:
0V - 4.44ms
6V - 4.44ms
8V - 1.88ms
10V - 1.15ms
12V - 0.77ms
14V - 0.51ms
16V - 0.34ms
25V - 0.04ms

Just wanted to chime in and say that I did not have good results with this deadtime/min injection time combo. Gave me an intermittent misfire at idle and under moderate load. However, the settings posted first work perfectly.

Hey Folks,

Hoping someone could help me with some info please,

I have a new build i'm working on in the near future and trying to confirm what the minimum injection time and injector dead times are for the standard S54B32 Bosch injectors (p/n 13647830975 - 0280158123)

Unfortunately despite searching the forum/internet i haven't been able to find anything other than the usual flow rate/cc rating for these.

Lots of great info about other various injectors on MS4X which i may need to look at if i cannot find the details for the S54 injectors.

Hi, so settings from rb01 worked better? And your idle is good now?
