I placed an order for Euro clear corner, side marker, and tail lights on June 1. The original delivery was due for June 10, though delivery date kept getting pushed back from there. No big deal, the parts weren't critical to run the car. The last communication I had with ECS was that the parts were being held up at customs as of July 10. The parts were expected to be stocked by today July 17 for shipment, though that was subject to change. In the meantime I saw a sale on some floor mats that I purchased the 13th that were also due to be in stock today. I assumed that they were probably in the same freight shipment so I went ahead and ordered them. Today I received a call that neither the floor mats or clear tails are available from BMW any longer, which tells me that these parts were never on the freight shipment that ECS had claimed. So while this isn't a critical order for me, I am a bit disappointed to be strung along for a month and a half.

LandoT I'm very sorry about the issues with your order. I'm going to shoot you a PM but I have a feeling I known the parts your referencing.


Today we received bad news from BMW in regards to many of the close out items we had in route from Germany, the news was simple, these are not coming after all. This comes as a shock to us as well as all of you after the numerous communications of moved etas but the understanding that the parts were still coming.

We send our deepest apology.

Currently we are revamping how we work with BMW on their close out items to hopefully prevent situations like this in the future.
