I am never good with surprises so I will just spill the beans...:shhh: I ordered my AA stage 2.5 kit two weeks ago. The wait is excruciating. Parts of the Kit has arrive and waiting for a few more stuff :excited:

I thought, I would create this thread to document the build.

Also when I get the kit I will have the following items up for sale:

1. aFe Stage 1 Intake Kit - E46 325i/Ci 330i/Ci - Pro5R

This aFe intake fits the following BMWs:

2003-2006 E46 3 series: 325i 325ci 325xi + Wagon & Convertible models with M56 engine
2001-2006 E46 3 series: 330i 330ci 330xi + Convertible
2004-2006 E83 X3: X3 3.0i

2. Stett m54b30 Intake Boot (Black)
3. F1 Autohaus 325i/330i Ceramic-Metallic-Coated Headers
4. M54B30 Stock Throttle Body
5. Drop-In K&N Air Filter for Stock Intake Box.

Update for today...

No DME not sure when it will show up. (So no Mfest)

I purchase a Blue Tial Q BOV today as the AA one is so cramp in there. Hopefully, this one will work much better.

When does ManFest start? If you've doubled the hp then it should take 1/2 the time...or is my math screwed up? It can't be, I'm asian!

It's pretty simple Underdrive Pulley's work great in Naturally Aspirated Vehicles since you are slowing down the speed of other components just enough to have them function properly and help speed up the crank which helps to produce the additional power. When you Forced Induction more specifically towards a Supercharger Setup where it's a belt driven system you will amplify that effect. We design our products to be functional that way you can still enjoy to luxury of having air condition and OEM cooling system. :thumbsup:

Now putting a smaller pulley kit on a Supercharger will help Generate some power.

I guess this is a good thing for me not going to MFest. As I will have more time to tinker with the stuff. Plus, I have a Big Business Trip soon.

Gonna pm ya, don't want to OT this. Trip, I was in the same boat as you, had a meet coming up. Talked a lot of sh!t to a lot of people. I could have brought the car. (not done, not how I wanted it) When I was next day shipping parts and rushing everything. I didn't enjoy what I was doing. I knew I wouldn't be happy with the result. I think you are doing the right thing! :thumbsup:

DME arrived Today! :excited: Got some Extra Goodies as well. Now, I am waiting on my Tial Q BOV, 4 New Banjo Bolts (Misplace 2 of mine :banghead

, and Start ENGINE :excited:

2 AA Key Chains
1 Large Gangsta AA T-Shirt
4 AA Decals/Stickers
1 License Plate Frame

Oil Cooler Mounted and Blacked Out.

Most of the stuff is back together.

Painted the Brackets Black and Mounted up the Res.

Their Hats kind of suck with the mesh back. You'll look like a hillbilly...not a look that works for Asians. And the AA shirts shrunk so much my nipples were popping out. They need some work in the swag dept.

Today, the Tial Q Bov came today with the Greddy Adapter Plate.

Took me 2.5 hours to install this...:banghead: Had to use a Different 45* elbow readj the pipes to make it fit. :4ngie:

Now, I have to cut the Fender and install the MAF and Filter

I have a feeling you aren't planning on recirculating this blow-off. You may run in to some drivability issues with a setup like that.

This is one of the Best BOV in the Market. Would you care to explain? I am all ears..

Your MAF is positioned in front of the blower which is before the BOV. Once the air runs past the MAF it sends a signal telling the DME you have XX/mass of air going in to the engine. When the BOV vents to atmosphere your motor no longer has that much air going towards it and it will run rich. You may shoot some flames on WOT shifts.
