David, is this the same hardware as you are running? Or are you running more boost? (Aside for the zhp tuning/differences between 328/330i ZHP)

 

Same hardware, I'm running slightly more boost though (keep in mind that the same pulley on a 330 will make more boost on a 328 due to displacement).

 

So like stage 2.5? (If kinda comparing AA to ESS kit option levels)

Yes, Our Level 1 Setup is a Non-Intercooled System and use a 100 MM Pulley Kit and Produces ~315 Rear Wheel Horsepower. The Level 2 Setup uses a Air to Air Intercooler and 85 MM Pulley Kit and Produces ~350 Rear Wheel Horsepower to give a quick general idea of the differences. :thumbsup:

This is just the Stage 2 Upgrade from the Stage 1 330 Supercharger System. The Next Level Upgrade would be our Stage 2.5 which uses our Active Autowerke Methanol Injections Kit and is re-tuned for more power. :4ngie:

Yea, I'm kinda curious what the difference would be for a standard 330. Mine's one of those unique few '04s that managed to make it out of the factory with a 6-speed, but only a sport non-zhp. So no hotter cam, diff, etc. But it still runs the MS45 ecu. What kind of power difference would I be looking at for this thing guys?...that cam has to count for something on the zhp.

Also, please PM me a price for this kit, the whole thing since I have a stock motor at the moment. I doubt I'll have the money to swing it, but I'll sure be interested to know. Can't wait to see the stage 2.5!

normal 330 already have stage 2. Zhp stage 2 just came out because they finally got the software right.

Yes, this Stage 2 Upgrade for both the ZHP and 330 has been released for a while. In the recently months our Engineering Department remapped The Software Tune for the MS45 Software addressing key issues of Cold Starts and Idle Surge. This Recent Software Update will be provided with all new kit. A New thread will be created for owners with who have our Supercharger System with the MS45, to get this Software Upgrade for NO CHARGE. :woot:

Hello friend, I took my 330i in level 2 with headers Active, I wonder if you can make an update to bring the 80mm pulley, as we know from other preparations that the inmates of M54B30 are very strong and probably support these requirements, I think he said one day that its Rotrex blower was presented overdraft with 80mm pulley

Can we get some more info on the "stage 2.5"? Is it possible to use an 80mm pulley vs the 85mm? I believe Activ3 (david's 328) is already using this pulley. What kind of dyno numbers are we looking at? I'm very interested in this, but need to get some more info. Thanks
